Pierian and Syapse are collaborating to provide clinicians at the AdventHealth Cancer Institute in central Florida with more comprehensive diagnostic services for oncology patients.
The partnership aims to enable more comprehensive diagnostics and personalized treatment for oncology patients by identifying known and emerging biomarkers critical for cancer treatment and progression, the companies said.
The partners added that the collaboration combines Pierian's clinical genomics workflow capabilities and precision medicine services with Syapse's evidence-based oncology platform.
The initiative will enable more efficient identification of clinical trials and treatment options for patients based on their molecular testing results and comparisons with similar patients in the Syapse Learning Health Network, the firms said.
