Healthcare company Viome has released an at-home RNA-based saliva test that identifies underlying causes of oral health conditions, including bad breath and gum inflammation.
Viome uses the test results to provide consumers with customized food and supplement recommendations that support an individual’s oral and overall health, according to the company. These personalized products are formulated to rebalance the oral microbiome, protect teeth and gums from harmful germs, support the immune system, and promote overall health.
Additionally, Viome is set to introduce its personalized toothpaste and gel, which is designed to dissolve the molecular bond between plaque and teeth without harsh abrasives.
