Consulting and market intelligence firm DeciBio is acquiring databases in oncology and infectious disease testing from the Emmes Group in a deal set to take effect at the start of 2020.
The molecular diagnostics infectious disease database covers tests and test panel usage in about 1,000 labs based in the U.S. The information is targeted for use by manufacturers in support of sales, strategic marketing, and business development functions. Emmes' oncology database charts tissue-based testing in 300 U.S. labs.
