Quest Diagnostics announced that the average positivity rate for COVID-19 is now in the mid-single digits, compared with a rate of more than 30% in January. Additionally, the lab marked two years of tracking COVID-19 testing with some statistics.
As of March 6, Quest has performed and reported 64.7 million cumulative molecular tests for COVID-19, and the company has performed and reported 8.1 million cumulative antibody tests. Molecular test capacity per day is 300,000, and antibody testing is 350,000 per day.
