Pinpoint Science is working with Analog Devices to develop and manufacture diagnostics for infectious diseases.
The two companies plan to combine Pinpoint's nanosensors with the advanced fabrication capabilities of Analog Devices to develop low-cost, handheld diagnostics, with results in less than a minute.
In a statement, Pinpoint and Analog suggested that the technology might have applications for SARS-CoV-2, the novel coronavirus that causes the respiratory disease COVID-19.
