Labcorp closes Personal Genome Diagnostics purchase

Labcorp has completed its purchase of cancer genomics firm Personal Genome Diagnostics.

The addition of Personal Genome Diagnostics to Labcorp's roster complements its existing liquid biopsy offerings and expands its oncology portfolio of next-generation sequencing (NGS)-based genomic profiling, it said.

The deal closed on December 23, 2021.
