Bio-Rad Laboratories has tapped diagnostics industry veteran Dara Grantham Wright as president of its Clinical Diagnostics Group, replacing John Hertia, who has retired.
Grantham Wright comes to Bio-Rad from Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she was general manager of the company's Biosciences division. Before working at Thermo Fisher, she was general manager of the eBioscience business unit at Affymetrix. She has also served in executive roles at Boreal Genomics and BD Biosciences.
In her new role at Bio-Rad, Grantham Wright will be responsible for global leadership and management of overall strategy and business direction for the Clinical Diagnostics Group.
