Zeon, a firm specializing in elastomers, polymers, and specialty chemicals, has reached an agreement to acquire Aurora Microplates, a manufacturer and supplier of microplates. The acquisition is expected to be completed by February 28.
Aurora Microplates fits into Zeon's strategy to deliver the material and products that researchers need to improve human health through research and diagnostics.
