Hamilton and Artel will soon provide a packaged offering intended to standardize performance validation of Hamilton's automated liquid handlers. The firms announced the partnership at this week's Society for Laboratory Automation and Screening (SLAS) 2022 meeting.
The package, which is near completion, is designed to enable better comparisons of performance and results across all Hamilton automated liquid handlers within a facility or across a broad laboratory network, according to the companies.
Specifically, the package will include optimized methods, standard carriers, and onsite service support from Hamilton. Artel will provide all necessary consumables and reagents. It will be available at launch for new and existing Microlab Star and Microlab Vantage automated liquid handlers.
