Citadel Health announced Thursday that it has become a software supplier for NHS Scotland’s Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) framework.
Its software will connect NHS laboratory medicine labs and hospitals across Scotland, supporting more than 4,000 staff and more than 100 million tests per year, according to Citadel Health.
A 10-year partnership between Citadel Health and NHS Scotland is expected to enhance diagnostic capability through collaboration, national standardization, and improved systems, the firm added.
Citadel Health's Evolution vLab software also supports NHS Trusts in England and Wales.
