Findings and diagnosis

Microscopic findings

In this section, sheets and nests of uniform, round epithelioid cells arranged around blood vessels are seen. Glomus cells are small, uniform, and rounded with a centrally placed, round nucleus and eosinophilic cytoplasm. Stroma shows hyalinization. There are no spindle elements, and the lesion is well circumscribed.
