The College of American Pathologists (CAP) has appointed a new diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) director. Terri Dickinson-Creasey will work with the college's executive operations team and DEI advisory group to develop and implement DEI strategy.
Dickinson-Creasey brings to the role years of experience in crafting and leading DEI education. She comes to CAP from ComPsych, where she served as staff attorney and an executive sponsor to a number of Fortune 500 companies. She has also worked as a public defender and adjunct professor and has held externships in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the Illinois Attorney General's office, and the DuPage County Public Defender's office.
