The deadline is approaching for companies to enter the American Association for Clinical Chemistry's (AACC) Disruptive Technology Award. Applicants have until February 7 to enter the contest.
The competition is designed to recognize companies that have developed "innovative testing and disruptive technology solutions" that raise the quality of patient care through diagnostic performance or better access to high-quality testing, according to AACC. The awards will be presented at AACC's annual meeting in Chicago, July 24-28.
There are a number of benefits for companies that apply, including feedback from an expert panel on their products, complimentary registrations to AACC 2022, and a cash prize and media coverage at the meeting. Applicants can get started on the AACC's website.
