Sophia Genetics has released a SARS-CoV-2 genome analysis algorithm that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to synthesize viral strain, genetic response, and clinical management data.
The company is also offering a new computed tomography (CT)-based workflow tool for whole-lung segmentation and to help quantify COVID-19 disease called Sophia Radiomics, it said.
