Sysmex Inostics touts liquid biopsy findings at ASCO

Sysmex Inostics will present a poster on a liquid biopsy assay at the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) virtual annual meeting.

The featured data will show how the company's SafeSEQ cfHPV-DNA Test (HPV-SEQ) detects cell-free HPV DNA, enabling monitoring for patients with HPV and oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC), a type of head and neck cancer.

The ASCO presentation coincides with the launch of HPV-SEQ, the new CLIA-validated assay in the Sysmex Inostics portfolio of ultrasensitive SafeSEQ next-generation sequencing (NGS) panels.
