LigoLab has released a number of new web-based ordering capabilities for its LIS & RCM Laboratory Operating Platform.
A new Web-based feature – called Web Connect – enables physicians and other laboratory clients to remotely place orders, retrieve lab reports, and track the status of a case in real time, according to the vendor.
Web Connect also includes a dashboard for all orders, customizable and automated messaging notifications for lab clients, the ability to search patients by name or ID number, and dropdown menus, LigoLab said.
