Lab informatics platform company Sapio Sciences announced the launch of the Sapio Sciences Partner Program, a network of technology vendors, services companies, and resellers.
In a statement, Sapio Sciences said the aim of the project is to ensure that program partners are certified in the deployment and support of Sapio's lab informatics platform. The program is designed to support three distinct partner ecosystems, the firm explained: technology (hardware, instruments, software, and artificial intelligence vendors); services: (e.g., advisory and implementation partners who guide customers through the lab automation process and deployment); and resellers (value-added resellers and consultant resellers who add value through additional services such as customization, integration, training, and support.)
The program offers structured levels of training, including certifications such as Sapio Certified Platform Engineer, Sapio Verified Deployment, and Sapio Certified Partner.
"The program benefits include access to Sapio experts, training materials, platform road maps, and marketing and sales support. We aim to ensure our partners are fully ready to deploy all aspects of Sapio's highly configurable platform and to professionally support clients in achieving their business goals," Andrew Wyatt, chief growth officer at Sapio Sciences, said.
