CliniSys has acquired ApolloLIMs (laboratory information management systems) in a deal that brings expertise in public health, toxicology, and molecular diagnostics to CliniSys.
The move is part of an expansion plan by CliniSys to embrace digital diagnostics, leverage the cloud as part of the future of diagnostics, and enhance laboratory informatics. Current customers of ApolloLIMS will continue to be supported, but plans are that ApolloLIMS solutions will become integrated into the CliniSys product family over time.
The combined expertise of CliniSys and ApolloLIMS will offer customers improved community and public health diagnostics, according to the company.
