CliniSys announced the acquisition of Horizon Lab Systems and the combination with Sunquest Information Systems. The acquisition creates one of the largest organizations dedicated to diagnostics and laboratory informatics, the company said.
Together, the companies have more than 1,300 employees in 12 countries. The companies said that the newly formed group will enable improved public health outcomes through innovation in diagnostics and laboratory informatics technology.
