Bruker has released a new nano-LC chromatography platform called nanoElute.
The platform includes MetaboScape and TASQ 2023 software to support fluxomics, as well as the PaSER database search platform's tools for research in protein-protein interactions and metaproteomics applications, the company said.
nanoElute features high-pressure switching valves and finger-tight torque-limiting capillaries for "leak-free zero dead volume connections," as well as a nano-LC pump design and a user interface which covers everything from single-cell proteomics to plasma proteomics, according to Bruker.
The company is highlighting the new platform at the International Mass Spectrometry Conference being held in Maastricht, the Netherlands.
