Point-of-care diagnostics company LumiraDx reported revenue increases for the first quarter of the 2022 fiscal year, with revenues driven in part by sales of COVID-19-related products.
The company said revenues for the quarter were $126.4 million, compared to $106.9 million for the first quarter of 2021. The company's net loss for the quarter, meanwhile, was $55.7 million.
The company said these numbers were driven by growing its installed customer base to 25,000 platforms, as well as sales of COVID-19 related-products at the height of the omicron variant wave.
