Chembio Diagnostics has launched a direct-to-consumer (DTC) commercial channel in the U.S. for the InBios International SCoV-2 Ag Detect Self-Test.
Chembio is offering the test directly and through its distribution network.
The firm said it is also expanding distribution of its Sure Check HIV Self-Test to consumers in Brazil and the U.K. by extending the kit's over-the-counter use in national pharmacy chains.
"The commercial expansion increases the company's addressable market and is intended to enable deeper penetration as at-home testing volumes continue to grow," Chembio CEO Richard Eberly said in a statement.
