Medical diagnostic supplies manufacturer StatLab Medical Products has acquired the U.K.-based histology and cytology product manufacturer CellPath.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
With this acquisition, StatLab expands its reach into Europe, adds injection-molding manufacturing capabilities, and acquires proprietary products, including the CellNass archiving service, the firm said.
Meanwhile, CellPath will continue operating in the same locations under its existing leadership structure.
